Yes. There is convenient street and lot parking right by the studio, so you can get in and out quickly around your session.

We proudly serve Miami Shores, El Portal, and the greater Miami area. Many clients travel in from nearby neighborhoods for our coaching.

Group training runs Monday–Friday 6:00–10:00am and 5:30–6:30pm, and Saturday 7:30–10:30am. We are closed on Sundays.
